Windows "frames" shaking/vibrating Solved
Windows 7 ultimate, over HDMI to new 1080p 24" monitor, intel graphics on motherboard, running through an AVR (Denon 3313ci). The "frames" of the windows and the taskbar have a shake/vibration. The content in the windows are fine. 3rd party programs are fine (Frame and all), video playback is fine, wallpaper is fine, screen savers are fine.
